All orders ship UPS Ground and should ship the next business day from receipt of your order. Arrival dates depend on shipping time to your location, usally 5-7 business days.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at The Dragonfly Yarn Shop. We do all we can to make sure that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the original order's postmark date; in an unused condition in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable). Exchanges and reships do not alter the date used when calculating the thirty (30) day return period. Sorry, but patterns and books are non returnable.
